The scale is 1 to 24 (1 inch. = 2 feet) with the tallest building being 2 feet and the town consuming an area of approx. 8 <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>X 12 feet laid out on display. Each building can stand alone (finished on all 4 sides).
