Like Matthew, I've also found the experience to be very empowering. It's been an intensive process, but there have been a lot of valuable insights that have come from it, and it's given our entire staff a renewed sense of drive and vision. We hired Jim Cullen to lead us through a six-month process (I expect he may have put in more time up front). Jim's been an excellent facilitator, advisor, and synthesizer of diverse perspectives.
