<p class="MsoNormal">The BC Arts Council provides scholarship funding of up to $6,000 per year to outstanding arts students planning to attend full-time fine-arts programs. This is a highly competitive, adjudicated process, and successful applicants are assessed
on their portfolio (the primary means of adjudication) as well as their written application and appraisal letters. <o:p></o:p></p>
