The position provides a unique opportunity for a <strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-weight:normal">recent </span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">post-secondary graduate</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-weight:normal"> to intern with the Gallery’s team. Two Rivers Gallery is seeking a recent post-secondary graduate to intern with Two Rivers Gallery. The </span></strong>Indigenous Programming Intern will work with our programming and curatorial departments and play an important role in the Gallery’s day-to-day activities. With extensive <span style="color:#262626">training the Indigenous Programming Intern will focus on four main areas of activity: Exhibitions Installation, Exhibition Interpretation, Community Programming and Relationship Building. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Individuals who have completed work placements at Two Rivers Gallery in the past have gone on to successful careers in education, curatorship and community development. All the skills this student develops will be transferrable to any field. The position of Indigenous Programming Intern will provide valuable project management experience for this recent graduate, enhancing employability, while providing experience in art gallery curation.
