<p class="MsoNormal">We’re planning a project to digitize the back issues of a community newspaper we have in our holdings. After securing copyright permissions, we are looking for recommendations for companies that offer scanning services that are appropriate
for fragile newspapers dating from the 1940s to the mid-2000s. The papers are not on microfilm/microfiche, so the originals would need to be scanned or photographed. We would like to gather at least 3 quotes.<o:p></o:p></p>
