This year, the theme is 'This Time, It's Personal: Rethinking Non-personal Interpretation'. </div><div><br></div><div>Back in the fall, when we were choosing the theme for our conference, we had no idea what was coming, and how dramatically it would affect and change our sector. I realise that many of you are currently in the thick of it, figuring out how to adapt to our new reality.
