<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">We had to re-market our insurance recently and the jump in premiums was breathtaking – anywhere from 40% on up to double. We have an excellent claims history, so that is not a factor in the rate-setting.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
