Originally beginning with a false claim of “bad service” (saying we sold a ticket to their family 15 minutes prior to closing so they wanted their money back - which we had proof that it did not happen), this escalated into an accusation of “siphoning from their bank account” and a false threat of an RCMP report being filed.
