<p class="MsoNormal">My name is Melissa. I am the new Marketing Coordinator at the White Rock Museum & Archives. This is my first time using this BCMA listserv for a query. Here it goes!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The White Rock Museum & Archives is wanting to make some changes to our membership program. We are looking for ideas on what we can offer our members/patrons as value added benefits for their annual membership contribution. We currently
offer a discount on our gift shop non-consignment items, a discount on our White Rock History book “Years of Promise”, invitations to exhibit openings, voting privileges, and the opportunity to be on the Board of Directors. We do not charge admission to our
gallery exhibits, and do not plan on doing so. I am wondering what other non-admission museums offer to your members. What has worked? What has not? And as an aside, what software/system do you use to keep track of your current membership data? Any advice
you can offer is much appreciated! <o:p></o:p></p>
