Employer Training Grant program (ETG) to help employers recruit and retain employees by providing them with the skills training they need for employment or
to adapt to the changing requirements of jobs. The ETG is funded through the Canada-BC Workforce Development Agreement (WDA).

<b>C19 Impacted Worker Training Stream</b> and the <b>Persons with Disabilities Training Stream.</b>
