[Nmap] Intro Scott Garvin

Hi everyone,

I know many of you out there and there are some I haven't met yet. I'm
living and working out of Terrace with the Northwest Region avalanche
program and have spent the previous five winters in Bear Pass with MoT.
In the winter I try to keep my tips up and I like to swing the odd
icetool whenever possible. In the summer I prefer to find a nice hot
rock to play around on.

Thanks to Christophe for putting this together (and for posting the
Smithers ice conditions on the MCR). Looks to me like the center of the
universe has shifted north a little as we hit 300cm at 1065m elevation
last week in Ningunsaw Pass. Not bad for end of November....
