Dear colleagues,

since many of us need to update their first aid certificates, I have
contacted Cyril Shokoples. He is prepared to do a five day
recertification course in Smithers from 16 to 20 September 08.
Participants must have a current 80 hour certification. OFA Level II or
recognized wilderness first aid certifications will be acceptable.

This course will require a minimum of ten participants. Then it will
cost $525 per participant. With nine it's $590 and with eight it's $660.

This must be paid in full one month before commencement. Cyril will be
firm on this. Before I get back to him, could you let me know who is
interested? It would sure beat driving to Vancouver or Canmore to do it.
Two folks could stay at our house, and there might be room in other houses.

Of course we should invite other people to this as long as they meet the
prerequisites.

Please get back to me as soon as you can.

Regards,
