Hello Every One,

First of all I would like to say Happy New Year!

As well just wanted to let you know what Skeena Heliskiing is up to
in regards to this winter.

As some of you may know I went through a buy out this summer and due
to that my season start for this winter has been delayed by a few weeks.

The paper kept piling up and and as well obligations and so this year
I just did not want any added stress with a crunched season.

We start operationally on Jan 30 and our first clients arrive Feb 6.
We run then straight through till April 17. So you wont see us on the
infoex till after Jan 30.

As for our rescue plan and radio frequencies, I apologize they will
not be sent out till after Jan 30. Most of the things will stay the
same in that regards except we will have a second repeater tower to
cover more of a area to the North East of the lodge.

As well maps will be added to the Rescue Plan that will be printed of
our latest google earth map overlay. I use the pro version allowing
the gps point to be taken from the heli gps units, manual correction
is still needed. Map info can be imported then to databases like
avert or similar.

We will be running a B3 heli with a love seat for this season.
Standard 2 groups of 5 with the odd weeks of 3 groups of 5.

Main lead guide next to me is Peter Arbic.

Hope you all had a great start to the season.

Cheers

Jake
