[Nmap] Snowpulse at Skeena Heliskiing

Hello Everyone,

Got the word from why the snowpulse did not deploy after being pulled  
last week.

Turns out it was an operator error.

There are two pins that attach to the canister, a trigger pin and a gas
valve.  They were both attached but the trigger pin has a double
attachment system, you have to screw in the inside pin which pulls down
from inside the casing, then screw in the main casing.  In this case  
only the casing was attached.
