Dear Friends and Colleagues,

 

As you may already know, Dr. Timothy Christopher (Chris) Brayshaw passed
away on December 22nd 2014, at the age of 95.  We would like to invite you
to join us in a celebration of his life, accomplishments and contributions.

 

When               3:00 - 4:30, Thursday March 12th, 2015

 

Where             Newcombe Conference Hall

                        Royal British Columbia Museum

                        675 Belleville Street, Victoria

 

RSVP                By March 5th, 2015 to ewheeler at royalbcmuseum.bc.ca 

 

There will be a short presentation about the many contributions that Chris
made to the Royal BC Museum, to the conservation of wild places, and to the
field of plant taxonomy.  There will also be time for friends and colleagues
to share memories and to visit the Native Plant Garden which Chris helped
establish.  Refreshments will be served.

 

We hope to see you then.
