[NPSBC] Phantom orchid, Eburophyton austiniae, in Tod Inlet

ATTACHED are two photos of phantom orchid from Tod Inlet site. We did not
see any plants at its usual location next to the main trail. There were no
plants on the moat above the trail. The lower trail (close to the public)
had 3 plants on the lower slope below the trail, and four plant above the
trail. Quite a poor showing.
