New edition of Hitchcock's Flora of the Pacific Northwest is out. It is a
thorough and detailed remake of the original Hitchcock's 1973 Flora of the
Pacific Northwest and includes southern part of British Columbia (including
the entire Vancouver Island), WA, ID, and northern OR:

It is quite expensive (US$75.00), but it is an essential reference to any
botanist and serious naturalist.
