Dear Members,

This is to advise you of some important changes to the CMA Insurance
Programs. Effective November 9, 2007, CMA is changing brokers to 
Marsh Canada Limited for the following CMA Group Insurance 
Programs:

   * Museum Collections
   * Directors and Officers Liability
   * Museum Package Insurance
   * Commercial General Liability

After November 9, 2007, AON Reed Stenhouse will no longer 
administer these accounts. In a few days, all members of these plans 
will receive further details from CMA, with a letter to authorize transfer 
to Marsh Canada Limited. This letter will also advise you of change 
details and the steps you must follow to comply with this change of 
brokers. 

You will need to sign this letter, and return it to Marsh to enable them 
to service your account going forward.

As of November 9, you are asked to direct all inquiries regarding the
above programs to Marsh Canada Limited.

Two other programs, namely CMA Employee Benefits and Accident
