Good morning everyone.

The BCMA Annual General Meeting will be held in Victoria on Oct 5. The
agenda, materials for discussion, and Voting assignment forms,  have been
posted on the BCMA website.  Voting Forms must be returned to the BCMA
office by September 18 in order to prepare the voting lists.

If you are unable to attend, please consider assigning your vote to a proxy
by downloading the form provided and returning it to the office.

Institutional Members must assign a voting representative to vote on their
behalf, by proxy *or in person.* That form is also provided.
