[BCMA Members Only] REMINDER: Voting Forms are due in 5 days

Good morning everyone.

If you are a voting member of BCMA (Individual or Institutional) *and are
unable to attend *the BCMA AGM  in Victoria on Oct 5, please consider
assigning your vote to a proxy.
Institutional Members *who will attend *the AGM, must assign voting
privileges to the rep in attendance.  For either scenario, simply print and
complete the form attached, and then scan and email it to me.  All Voting
Forms must be returned to the BCMA office* by September 18* in order to
prepare the voting lists.

The Notice of AGM, agenda and materials for discussion, including required
amendments to the by-laws, Council nominees and Financial Statements, have
been posted HERE <http://museumsassn.bc.ca/members/annual-general-meeting/>.
The password for members to access the materials is HEDWIG2017
