Hello!

I would love to let you know that it is time again to register for BC 
Section of Interpretations Spring Conference at Manning Park Resort! 
This is the 25th Anniversary Conference and it will take place May 4th 
to 6th.A great way to meet people, sharpen your interpretation skills 
and get inspired for the summer season. I have attached all the 
information you will need and if you have any questions, or the 
attachments didn't come through, please let me know!

What You Need To Know Before You Register

If you have a question that is not answered here or anywhere else on 
this website, please email Dana Bjarnason , Conference Coordinator, at

Please read this page before you register.

Membership - You do not need to be a current Interpretation Canada 
member to attend this conference. However, the conference is cheaper for 
members, so if you have been considering becoming a member, this is a 
really good time to do it. You can get your IC membership here

before you continue with registration.

Accommodation - In an effort to keep the price of the event as low as 
possible —and in recognition that interpreters are generally a very 
friendly bunch— participants will stay in comfortable cabins next to the 
Manning Park Lodge. (Occupancy: four to six per cabin). The registration 
form refers to this as "shared" accommodation. If you have a preference 
for who you'd like to share your cabin with, please note this on your 
registration form.

If privacy is a priority, you are welcome to upgrade to a private room 
in the Lodge. Contact the Treasurer, Pam Murray, at

information on this option. Additional information on the lodging can be 
found at the Manning Park Lodge website <http://www.manningpark.com/>.

Food - Five meals are included in your conference fee: breakfast, lunch 
and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Snacks and 
refreshments between conference sessions will also be provided. Please 
note that you will have to make your own arrangements for dinner on 
Friday; the Bear's Den Lounge in the Manning Park Lodge will be open if 
you choose to avail yourself of that option.

Transportation - In an effort to make it as easy as possible to get to 
this event, organizers encourage those who need (or can offer) 
carpooling opportunities to post their offers and requests on the 
ICBC-Discuss email listserve

Multiple Registrations - Those looking to register multiple individuals 
can do so by contacting the Treasurer, Pam Murray, at

Cancellation Policy - You may cancel or modify your registration package 
until the end of Friday, April 13, 2007 without penalty. Cancellations 
made after that time will be subject to a cancellation fee of an amount 
equivalent to 25% of the cost of the registration package selected.

Payment Options - You are welcome to pay your conference fees by cheque 
or by credit card. Payment must be recieved, however, by April 27, 2007.
