        Speaker Series 2007: The Future of the Fraser


Topic: The Heart of the Fraser**

You know what it takes to make your heart healthy. Find out what it will 
take to keep the Mission to Hope stretch, argued to be the Heart of the 
Fraser, healthy for future generations. Join us on May 9, 2007 at 7:00 
PM as we host Dr. Marvin Rosenau who will talk about the unique 
challenges facing The Heart of the Fraser.

This is the last of three Speakers for our 2007 Speaker Series. The 
Fraser River Discovery Centre is located at 788 Quayside Drive, New 
Westminster, BC (adjacent to the Westminster Quay Public Market). The 
Fraser River Discovery Centre is just a 5 minute walk from the New 
Westminster Sky Train Station. Admission is by donation, with a 
suggested donation of $5.00. Coffee and refreshments will be served and 
we will be drawing for door prizes.

The Fraser River Discovery Centre Society is a non-profit society with 
the mandate of “Connecting communities in discovery and celebration of 
the living, working Fraser River and to be recognized as the Centre of 
excellence for stimulating passion, education and enlightenment about
