The Nanaimo Art Gallery requested two students and got none.  I didn't see
anything in the application about a "scoring system". 

This seems like an arbitrary and illogical process for determining whether
an application is relevant and worth funding in terms of giving students
some hands-on practical work experience.  We should think of a creative way
to express our disappointment with this federal government program and how
this ridiculous process for making decisions has affected the day to day
operations of art galleries and museums.  Maybe we should close all the art
galleries and museums for a day in BC as a form of protest and make hold
press conferences in each region and let the government and the public know
what we think of this process.
