Subject: Museum's History Canada

Dear Larry,

I am a graduate art history student at the University of Bonn, Germany. =
Currently I am preparing my paper about the History of Museums in =
Canada.
Jason George was kind enough to refer me to you.

Can you provide me with any (academically purposeful) information about =
the formation of museums in BC? When it started, what the purpose was, =
any statistics of the many museum types...?
As the director of BC ethnic museum, how would you describe the role of =
ethnic minorities in the Canadian art? How well are they represented in =
Canada's art museums? Any examples (e.g. exhibitions, collections, e =
ct.)

Looking forward to hearing from you; the paper is due Dec. 15th.

Regards,
Ulee Maschaykh
