nce my letter to you of November 6, 2007, advising you of the
change in the CMA Insurance Program broker to Marsh Canada from
Aon, it has come to my attention that Aon have written and
communicated to members regarding this change.</span></font></div>

e purpose of this letter is to correct and clarify any misconceptions
that may have arisen from Aon’s communication with you. The CMA
and Marsh are also available to answer any further questions.</span></font=

There is no change to members existing insurance policies under</span></fo=

e CMA Program. The only change is a change in brokers from
Aon to Marsh. CMA has been considering this change for over 15</span></fon=
t></div>
<div align=3D"left"><font face=3D"Arial"><span style=3D"font-size:10pt">mo=
nths, and after careful consideration, CMA has exercised its</span></font>=
</div>
<div align=3D"left"><font face=3D"Arial"><span style=3D"font-size:10pt">ri=
ght as the sponsor/agent for its programs.</span></font></div>

We urge you to sign and return the broker of record letter, so</span></fon=

at your insurance policies will continue with the same insurers
(underwriters) until they expire. At renewal, you will continue to be
eligible for group discounts and tailored broad coverage provided by
CMA Program Insurers under the CMA Insurance Program. By signing
the broker of record letter now with Marsh, there is the added benefit of
not having to start the underwriting process from scratch with a new
insurer, which could potentially create a lot of work for you and your
staff.</span></font></div>
