CALL FOR ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS FOR PURCHASE -
participate in Vancouver's first Timeraiser

Can your artwork help inspire people to donate their time in support of
a great cause? This call pays fair market value if your work is selected!

Call opens: Tuesday April 1st, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.
Call closes: Monday June 2nd, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

What is the Timeraiser?
The Timeraiser is a silent art auction with a twist. Instead of bidding
money, participants bid volunteer time to agencies that need their
skills and energy.

Successful auction bidders have 12 months to complete their volunteer
pledge. When they do, they bring the artwork home as a reminder of their
goodwill.

To date, the Timeraiser has generated 31,000 volunteer hours and
invested $160,000 in the careers of 160 Canadian artists.

For more information about the Timeraiser, go to www.timeraiser.ca
<http://www.timeraiser.ca/>.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, and please
circulate this note to your friends and colleagues in the arts community.

Kind regards,
