HELP US CELEBRATE SUSTAINABILITY CHAMPIONS!

Share your success. Celebrate the success of others.
Submit an entry for the Fraser Basin Council's
2009 Sustainability Awards today!

All types of organizations are eligible for Sustainability Awards,
including
not-for-profit organizations, community groups, businesses and
government bodies or
agencies (Federal, Provincial, Local and First Nations), for their work or
activities in the Fraser Basin.

You may choose to make an entry on behalf of your own organization, or
you may
nominate another organization for its outstanding work. If you like, you
may also
request in your entry that special mention be made of a pivotal
individual in the
organization who deserves recognition.

There are five Award categories:
Understanding Sustainability
Caring for Ecosystems
Strengthening Communities
Improved Decision-Making
Overall Sustainablity

The deadline for Award entries is January 19, 2009, so don't delay in
completing
your entry. It's by honouring the champions among us that we encourage
and inspire
each other.

Visit the Awards page on the Fraser Basin Council website at
www.fraserbasin.bc.ca:
to read the submission guidelines and download an entry form.
