I would recommend contacting Fraser Spafford Ricci Art and Archival.=20
They are located in White Rock BC and are highly specialised at
disaster planning and preventative conservation. They've done
similar projects for dozens of Canadian museums and heritage centers
and are very well regarded in the field. Their website has more

consultant Preventive Conservator? We're about to embark on a big
Collections move this year and to kick start the process, I'm hoping we
can hire someone to help us identify detailed needs for our storage and
environmental controls etc. (Applied to CCI, but not banking on being
