"Kathy Dickson, head of Outreach at the Oklahoma Historical
Society did an outstanding faux food-making workshop at our
ALHFAM regional a couple of years ago.  You should contact
her at 405/522-5231 or kdickson@okhistory.org.  She used
plain household things but her simple manufacturing
techniques will blow you away and the results were
incredible.  She's worth a call."
Kathy's reply:
"I have done the workshop several times so I do have hand
outs.  If any one would like the hand outs email me at
