went through the process of constructing a new facility for their =

Good Day, I am writing on behalf of the North Peace Historical Society =
located in Fort St John. We are in the process of getting ready to =
build a new archives building to store our large archival collection.
Our inquiry is two fold; first, what are the necessary required =
elements needed for a building to meet the standards of archival =
storage? And second, which companies are the best to contact to ensure =
these standards are followed, or can a general contractor be used?
