I have been given the ominous task of amending our constitution & bylaws
that have not been updated since our historical society formed in 1967.
We had our direct access gaming grant turned down by the wording " The
directors shall appoint a secretary-treasurer of the society and determine
his respective duties and remuneration, if any." And also the lack of a
dissolution clause.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
