I have been given the ominous task of amending our constitution & =
bylaws that have not been updated since our historical society formed in =
1967. =20

We had our direct access gaming grant turned down by the wording " The =
directors shall appoint a secretary-treasurer of the society and =
determine his respective duties and remuneration, if any." And also the =
lack of a dissolution clause.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
