This may be of interest to living history sites or heritage parks:

An elderly local farmer has two binding machines, c. 1935, which he =
would like to donate to a museum.  One is in working condition, the =
other, identical to the first, might not be running, but could be used =
for parts or with a little love be made to run again.  He says both =
might need a little bit of work - replacement of some of the wood, for =
example.  They were used only a few years ago when the owner gave a =
threshing demonstration. =20

Unfortunately, we do not have the space to accept these items (they'll =
need storage space approximately 10' x 20', and, as the owner says, =
"he's getting on in years," and would like to see them go somewhere =
where people will be able to enjoy them.  He says he "doesn't want =
anything for them," but you'd probably need to make arrangements to pick =
them up here in Creston.

If you're interested, please let me know and I will pass your contact =
information on to the owner.
