that has a foot in technology and a foot in 
culture.  The position is flexible in terms of 
location - the candidate doesn't need to be in 
Victoria.  Any leads would be most welcome!

Web Developer

We Don't do Boring Sites.

We do work with some of Canada's best museums and 
galleries, we do virtual exhibitions on pirates 
and shipwrecks, mountain movers and First Nations 
cultures, on cheesy commercials and buckaroo cowboys.

We do exciting, interesting, bleeding edge sites.

Wanna join us?

We are looking for a developer to stitch and 
craft and help us bring culture and history alive 
- but in a cool way. We're looking for someone 
with at least 3 years experience designing and 
developing web sites, or a related university 
degree. We want the following but none of it is a deal breaker:

· proficiency in HTML, experience in Microsoft's 
Active Server Pages technology / Dot Net and web/database integration;
· Experience developing CSS websites;
· Experience using graphics packages;
· A keen sense of design;
· Independent judgment and initiative;
· The successful candidate must also be able to 
work independently as well as part of a team;
· A self-starter with good analytical and communication skills;
· Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
· Integration utilizing Microsoft SQL Server 2000;
· Experience in Macromedia Studio;
· Experience in database design and technologies;
