LATTIMER GALLERY PRESENTS /CONTEMPORARY COASTAL REFLECTIONS /JEWELLERY SHOW
Vancouver, bc -- march 10, 2008: Lattimer Gallery is proud to host the
first annual Northwest Coast Jewellery Arts Program graduation show. The
Northwest Coast Jewellery Arts Program was held at Vancouver's Native
Education College from September, 2007 to March, 2008. The course was
designed and led by Kwakwaka'wakw-Haida artist Dan Wallace and was
funded by ACCESS British Columbia. There were fourteen spaces in the
program. Lattimer Gallery will present the graduation show and
graduation catalogue for these new Northwest Coast jewellers. The show
and catalogue will be titled /Contemporary Coastal Reflections/, a title
chosen by the students of the program.
On March 29^th , we will be hosting a graduation party for the Northwest
Coast Jewellery Arts Program grads and everyone is invited. The event
will begin at 4pm. The selected artworks will be on display from March
29^th to April 19^th . For more information, please contact Lattimer
