Philosophers' Café

 Collecting Paper in a Paperless Society

 

The Jewish Museum & Archives of British Columbia welcomes Jennifer Yuhasz for a discussion of "Collecting Paper in a Paperless Society" on Wednesday, January 13th, 2010 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm in the Snider Adult Lounge; located in the Jewish Community Centre of Greater Vancouver (950 W. 41st Ave, Vancouver). 

   

Philosophers' Cafes, founded by Simon Fraser University's Continuing Studies Program, are a series of high level public discussions based on a variety of subjects. Join us for an exploration of the concepts and ramifications of a "paperless society." Is it even a possibility? And how will a "paperless society" change our perception of history? 

 

Jennifer Yuhasz is the Archivist of the Nemetz Jewish Community Archives at the Jewish Museum & Archives of British Columbia. Ms. Yuhasz holds a Masters in Archival Studies degree from the University of British Columbia's School of Library, Archival and Information Studies (SLAIS).
