Join us as local black bear researcher Michael Allen 
offers an exclusive glimpse of his most recent photos 
on the big screen! He will expose the hazardous lives 
of black bear mothers in Whistler. Between 
dangerous dads, frenzied feeding, and crabby 
competition, raising cubs is a treacherous task!

Remember to bring warm clothing, something to sit 
on, and bug spray. FREE event (donations 
appreciated). 

No washroom facilities 
onsite.

those who dare to peer into the shadows! They will 
show you what goes bump in the night! The 
presentation is part of BioBlitz, a 24-hour race against 
the clock to count as many species as possible. 
Mammals, birds, plants, frogs, fish, bugs - you name 
it! For updates visit www.whistlerbioblitz.ca and get in 
on the action!

Remember to bring warm clothing, something to sit 
on, and bug spray. FREE event (donations 
appreciated).
