[BCMA] traveling exhibition - climate change.

Greetings:

The Vancouver Maritime Museum will be closing its Climate Change  
exhibit "Meltdown– Oceans Respond to Climate Change" in the early  
months of 2010.  The exhibit is an updated version (2008) of a  
travelling climate change show circulated by the Canadian Associations  
of Science Centres. (see sample images below).

The climate change story is presented from an ocean perspective with  
three thematic units.  Major components include:

Basic Science
I large intro panel 4x8' (illuminated)
4 didactic text panels 4x6'
1 looping video (with PC)
2 stand alone vertical text panels

Impact
1 - large 12x6' arctic map graphic
2 - reader rail text panels
3 - interactive video kiosks (with PC's)
1 - helicopter with wall projector

Solutions
1 - 4x6' text panel
2 - video kiosks (with PC)
several smaller text panels.


Please contact the museum curator if you are interested in acquiring  
the exhibit (aggregrate or components) for exhibit use or recycling  
furniture and electronic components.  Digital artwork (Illustrator.ai)  
and text files are available.
