[Bcma-l] why museums? Access vs. preservation and can we justify public funding if something is not on display?

Allen has a really good outline here for developing an action plan =20
for the future of museums and galleries. It would be great to stick =20
with the positive dialogue even as the three year direct access grant =20=
agreements are reinstated.
