2010 ARTS SUMMIT / JUNE 24 & 25

The 2010 Arts Summit will take place June 24 and 25 at Surrey's
brand-new Chuck Bailey Recreation Centre.
The Alliance is pleased to announce that Lydia Marston-Blaauw has
come on board as Summit coordinator, and our keynote speaker will
be Arlene Goldbard, author of New Creative Community: The Art of

Registration now for the following workshops:* Demystifying
Social Media I (introductory)

Simon Ogden present their popular introduction to the world of
social media and show how Facebook, twitter and blogging are

* Demystifying Social Media II (advanced)

basics of social media but need some good information on turning

ALLIANCE OFFICE HOURS
Closed for "catch-up" Fridays
The Alliance office is closed to the public on Fridays to give
staff time to catch-up on their work. We will be on hand to
answer phone calls and respond to emails but there will be no
walk-in service.
Our regular office hours, at 100 - 938 Howe Street (between
Nelson and Smithe) are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday.
