We use PastPerfect museum software that allows for objects, photos, archives, & library records. The only requirement is that each entry has to have a unique ID number. So far it is working really well.

We are using InMagic and we run a continuous accession database and simply prefix the accession number with an A (Archive) or M (Museum). This works well for us.

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody has a collections database that combines archival and artefact records in one layout? And if so does it work well for you?
Thanks,
Alexis Jensen
