[BCMA] VIA Project?

Hello all, 

I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about the Vintage Iconic Archives 
Project?  There has been some discussion of this tax incentives program 
involving large numbers of vintage photographs on archive's list servs and I 
thought I would bring it up here to get people's sense of things.

I'd appreciate any information that people might have to offer.
