[BCMA] Accession Number Format Inquiry

Hello,

Recently the New Westminster Museum and Archives has come across an 
object in our collection which is numbered in a format we do not use.  
Does the accession number -- A976.5.5 -- appear familiar to any 
subscribers of this forum?  If so, please contact me directly with any 
information you may have.
