[BCMA] Anyone bought the Canadian Subsidy Directory?

Don't bother - it's basically a scam. They do produce the thing but it
doesn't get anywhere near the exposure they lead you to believe it does.

I think it is spam worthy, although I can't be sure. I've also received
these messages.

Hi folks:
 
Has anyone bought this directory?  Is it worthwhile?  We were spammed here
at the Italian Cultural Centre with an order form and there might be
interest from my coworkers in such a directory. 
 
I am pessimistically suspicious.
 
Any advice?
