[BCMA] Using YouTube

We've done a lot of experimenting with this and have come to the
conclusion that the hosted services are by far the best way to go. We've
just re-done our web site, and use Youtube for many videos (and have a
youtube channel - a big advantage if you partake of the social media
component) but also use Vimeo for larger, higher-quality videos. We
really don't have the bandwidth to deliver video the way we need to from
our regular website, apart from the management issues.
