We've been using Raiser's Edge for years (6) and I have used it
previously at another organization. We are currently converting to
Salesforce, and my take so far is the Salesforce will be an excellent
move. They offer 10 licenses for free to non-profits,and the software is
very sophisticated yet easy to use. Another advantage from my point of
view is that Salesforce integrates quite well with other products. We
will be using EventBrite for managing our programs and events, and
Vertical Response for mailings. We also have a Plone website that will
let us use website forms for populating and displaying information from
Salesforce.
