DOUKHOBOR DISCOVERY CENTRE IS HUMMING

After a successful opening on April 25th, which featured archival
presentations, speakers and music, the regular season began at the Doukhobor
Discovery Centre on May 1st. Several tours took place in the first week and
in this picture we see guest speaker Koozma Tarasoff speaking to an Elder
Hostel group from Crawford Bay.

Two staff members for the summer have been confirmed and there is still an
opening for one more full time student. Those interested should contact the
Curator at 250.365.5327 or come to the Doukhobor Discovery Centre with a
resume. Larry Ewashen, Curator, the Board and the new staff are looking
forward to the greatest season yet.
