[BCMA] BC Museums Association Conference Silent Auction donation request

Hello List serv-ians!

 

Support BCMA's Travel Assistance Bursary Fund and bring a gift to
auction during conference!

 

Each year at the provincial Conference, BCMA conducts a two-day Silent
Auction to raise funds for BCMA's Travel Assistance Bursary Fund.
Auction items are donated by member museums and galleries throughout BC,
local, provincial and national Conference sponsors, exhibiting trade
show suppliers, local businesses, and individual artists. 

 

Traditionally, auction items offer a variety of fabulous trips, supplier
products, gift shop samples, reference and historical publications, and
works of fine art.  

 

All auction proceeds benefit BCMA's Travel Assistance Bursary Fund that
provides support to small museums otherwise unable to participate in
BCMA's annual conference.  Remaining available funds pending, the Travel
Assistance Bursary Fund is also made available to assist Regional
Workshops Series registrants throughout the year.

 

We are always looking for more things to add to our Silent Auction
table.  If you would like to donate an item, please complete the
attached Auction Donation form and email it to Arvon directly at
