[BCMA] Gaming grants

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

Last year was the first time we'd received any BC Gaming operating funding.
We applied for $5,000 got $1,720, then a few months later got an additional
$3,380 because, according to the accompanying letter, "funding had been
restored to 100%" This year, we again applied for $5,000 and received
$1,500.

We applied for a Community Gaming Grant for just under $20,000 and have just
learned that we were awarded $5,000.  Last year we were not successful,
however in several of the previous years we were awarded what we requested.
Another local heritage group requested $14,000 and was awarded $3,000.  Just
wondering how everyone else is making out with this grant.
