[BCMA] humidity monitoring system

I am looking for suggestions on a reasonably priced humidity monitoring system that meets requirements for the American Association of Museums Standard Facility Report. I am not sure if it is necessary to have a hygrothermograph or whether a  psychrometer or hygrometer would be sufficient. I would be happy to provide more details regarding our building and location to anyone who would be willing to provide input. Thank you.
